Personal Trainer and Ellevate Coach

Part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role

Location: Across Liverpool City Centre, depending on client and class locations

About Ellevate

Ellevate is a female led fitness and wellbeing brand helping women build strength, confidence and sustainable routines through personal training, online coaching, classes and community experiences. We also work with men, couples, children and families.

Our approach is built around:

  • Education over restriction
  • Strength over quick fixes
  • Structure over extremes
  • Community over comparison

The Role

We are looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Personal Trainer to join the Ellevate team. This is a mobile role with no fixed base gym. You may coach clients at EmpoweredFIT, residential gyms, partner venues, group classes, community settings or online through the Ellevate app. You will deliver high quality coaching, support clients between sessions and contribute to the wider Ellevate community.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on coaching and client relationships without the pressure of running their own PT business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
