About the Role
East Park Gym is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their fitness team as a Personal Trainer/Gym Floor Coach, working 12 hours per week minimum.
Required
- Minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor - working towards your level 3 Personal Trainer
- Based in the heart of East Berkshire, on the site of Easthampstead Hotel, this is not a normal hotel gym offering.
- Open to the general public, we are taking on the gym only market with a very special gym floor environment.
- “The Canopy” is our dedicated yoga & pilates studio.
Summary
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong personality with a positive attitude to life with interests outside of fitness.
- Individuals with the ability to build, organise and motivate themselves and our members with their own fitness goals in a pro-active way.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver great service.
- Confidence opening & closing the gym appropriately.
- Understanding that cleaning the gym & surrounding areas will be part of your role.
- Ability to run fitness classes with full participation of you & the attendees, with appropriate warm ups & cool downs.
- Ability to see the “bigger picture” and align with team goals.
- Confidence in undertaking tours for prospective members & building rapport with them.
- Confidence in undertaking Gym Inductions as required.
- Professional Integrity to run your business.
- Ambition to grow a PT business.
- Background in health and fitness or sport.
