Role Description
The Pest Control Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The technician will inspect residential and commercial premises, identify pest issues, and recommend appropriate treatment plans in line with company and regulatory standards.

Daily tasks include:
- Applying pest control treatments safely
- Setting and monitoring traps
- Completing service reports
- Advising clients on preventive measures and ongoing maintenance
The role also involves:
- Responding to scheduled and emergency call-outs
- Maintaining equipment and vehicles in good working order
- Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations
The technician will work closely with the wider team to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Practical pest control skills, including pest identification, inspection techniques, and safe application of treatments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Good record-keeping and basic IT skills for completing service reports, maintaining documentation, and using scheduling or reporting systems.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to pest control operations.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., BPCA or RSPH pest control qualifications) and prior experience in pest management or a field-service role are highly beneficial.
Required:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Reliability in travel across the London and East Berkshire areas
