Job Description
Would you like to work for a well-established and growing pest control business, supporting a wide range of commercial and residential clients across the West Midlands?
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join a successful and expanding team. The role offers a varied working day, visiting different sites across the West Midlands, carrying out treatments, and building strong relationships with customers.
What We Need From You:
- RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Management is essential
- At least 1 years experience working as a Pest Control Technician
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check

What The Role Involves:
You will be working across a variety of sites throughout the West Midlands, delivering high-quality pest control services to both commercial and residential customers. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, requiring a high level of independence and responsibility. Duties include:
- Inspecting customer premises and assessing pest activity
- Carrying out pest control treatments in line with company standards
- Undertaking minor proofing works to prevent pest issues
- Producing clear and accurate reports following site visits
- Managing your own schedule across multiple sites
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime may also be required to suit business needs during busy periods.
