Package: £27,200 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and health care cash plan.
Location: Remote
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one late shift per week 9.30am - 6.00pm
Start Date: 21st September 2026, must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.
Here’s what you’ll be doing with us as a Pet Claims Handler:
- Processing new and continuing Claims
- Checking invoices and medical records
- Providing front line assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels
- Working at pace to ensure we’re responding to customers within a reasonable time frame

- Experience working within a veterinary practice
- Strong customer service experience
- The ability to work to targets, deadlines and prioritise own workload
