Package
- Salary: £25,700 pa
- Benefits:
- 24 holiday days (plus your birthday)
- 2 days off for charity work

Location
- Work from home within the UK
- Office based in Borehamwood
- Split your time between home and office
Full Time
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern
- Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis
Start Date
- September 14th
- Must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date
What you’ll get up to as a Pet Insurance Renewals Agent
- Taking back to back inbound calls
- Selling insurance products
- Supporting the online sales journey
- Retaining customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner
- Promoting a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business
- Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers

- Previous experience working within a call centre role is essential
- Experience working within a sales or retentions environment is beneficial
- Experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage

- Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
