Job Description
We are seeking a radiographer or technologist with significant experience in NM and PET/CT, who will contribute positively and enthusiastically to the professional running and future development of the department. The post is suitable for a radiographer or technologist who is keen to experience a wide range of specialties and keen to support and develop the 7 day service whilst working with state of the art equipment and optimising image techniques across clinical and research fields.
The role will involve work with PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine across the OUH Trust, and will include weekend working on a rotational basis.
Applicants must have significant experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. Opportunities are available for personal and professional development and as the service develops there will a requirement to support weekend services.

The Churchill Radiology Department is within the Cancer and Haematology Centre, opened in 2009. Primarily, we provide imaging services across the specialities found on site: Oncology, Radiotherapy, Breast, Renal, Urology, Transplantation, Chest Medicine, upper and lower GI, Head and Neck, Haematology and Infectious Diseases.
The PET/CT department provide imaging services to a large catchment area across the south of England, the NM department as well as providing a wide variety of diagnostic service also provide a therapy service in collaboration with the oncology and medical physics teams.
