The PFI Variations Manager

A PFI Variations Manager is required south of Birmingham to take commercial responsibility for variation works across a built-asset estate.

About You

To be successful as the PFI Variations Manager, you'll have:

  • Experience working with built assets rather than solely transport infrastructure.
  • Commercial experience relevant to managing variation works.
  • A quantity surveying background would be advantageous.
