Job Opportunity: Klinik für Psychische Gesundheit – Unbefristet (Full-Time or Part-Time, max. 38.5 hrs/week)
Location: [Klinik für Psychische Gesundheit, UKM] Work Arrangement: Permanent position, full-time or part-time (up to 38.5 hours/week) Compensation: Payment in accordance with TV-L, including university clinic allowance and additional bonuses where applicable

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a high-quality care and support environment for our patients
- Shaping future-oriented psychiatric nursing through new working processes (e.g., CBASP, resilience training, metacognitive training, social skills training, post-hospitalization continues care, Safewards)
- Implementing evidence-based nursing practice and scientific principles
- Fostering consistent therapeutic relationships to enhance and develop patients’ social skills

Requirements
- Completion of a recognised nursing qualification:
- Health and Care Nursing (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)
- Nursing Professional (Pflegefachfrau/mann)
- Support Nurse for Disabled Individuals (Heilerziehungspfleger)
- Geriatric Nursing (Altenpfleger) *(gn referent уже возможен для)
- Proactive and initiative-driven approach to task execution
- Strong patient-centered mindset in thought and action
- High levels of:
- Empathy
- Problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder engagement (communicative and relational abilities)
- Willingness and ability to co-develop and implement innovative therapy concepts
- Structured, independent working style
- Flexibility and commitment to change/development in an evolving healthcare landscape
