What you will do
As an intern within the UK Distribution team, you will support live business initiatives across market research, client engagement and business development, helping the team identify commercial opportunities, analyse industry trends and deliver investment solutions across public and private markets.
Working alongside senior sales leaders, investment professionals and product specialists, you will contribute to strategic projects, help prepare for client interactions and develop insights into the investment landscape.
What you can expect
During this 8-week internship, you will gain first-hand experience of how a leading global asset manager develops relationships with wealth managers, private banks, family offices and financial advisers. You will work directly with senior sales leaders and investment teams, helping to identify business opportunities, deliver market insights and support strategic client relationships.
The programme is designed to provide meaningful responsibility from day one, culminating in the presentation of a strategic growth opportunity or market-based research project to senior business leaders.

What you will bring
- Desire to gain first-hand experience of asset management/fund distribution industry.
- Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and seamlessly within a team environment.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
