We're looking for an experienced Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst to join Wipro's Life Sciences practice on a fixed-term contract basis in the UK.
As a Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting pharmaceutical clients by analysing, documenting, and translating business requirements into technology solutions. Working closely with Commercial Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical, Legal and Regulatory stakeholders, you will help optimise business processes and drive adoption of Veeva-based solutions across commercial functions.
We are looking for someone with deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial business processes and hands-on experience with the Veeva Commercial suite, particularly Veeva CRM, PromoMats and MedComms.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements.
- Partner with Commercial Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations and other business stakeholders to define and improve business processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Provide guidance on Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault and associated commercial technology solutions.
- Support implementation strategies for Veeva Commercial platforms and related technologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Develop system testing scenarios, user acceptance test cases and validation checklists.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user training materials, including Quick Reference Guides and User Guides.
- Support solution adoption, process improvement and continuous optimisation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience within the IT industry, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.
- Strong domain expertise in Pharmaceutical Commercial business processes and supporting technology platforms.
- Experience working within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device organisations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across Veeva Commercial solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Veeva CRM; Veeva PromoMats & Veeva MedComms
- Experience supporting Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) processes and workflows.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating business requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Experience developing testing scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault capabilities and implementation approaches would be advantageous.
- Experience working within global Life Sciences transformation programmes is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is preferable.
