Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive
We are recruiting a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Kent on a hybrid working, 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a key part of a Sales Order Management & Customer Excellence Team.
As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will deliver exceptional front-line support to healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation’s commitment to outstanding customer service. The position offers a dynamic work environment, supporting a large customer base in a fast-paced sector, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer queries efficiently and compliantly.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the Customer Service Executive will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals, and internal colleagues, delivering high-quality service in every interaction.
- As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will respond professionally, accurately, and empathetically to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will manage complex complaints, queries, and escalations effectively, acting as a trusted advocate for customers.
- As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will investigate customer concerns, support cross-team collaboration, and identify insights to improve the customer experience.
- As the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, you will support operational activities, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Executive, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
