Production Technician | Warrington

Function Description

For a leading life sciences company in Warrington, we are looking for a Production Technician to support manufacturing activities in a clean production environment. You will be responsible for product assembly, packaging, labeling, quality checks, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and package products according to standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare packaging materials including boxes, inserts, and labels.
  • Print, verify, and apply product labels accurately.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and inspections.
  • Clean and sanitize laboratory and production equipment.
  • Support equipment calibration and maintain calibration records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train colleagues on specific processes when required.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in a cleanroom or regulated environment is a plus.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude.
