Make a Difference on the Open Road!

Are you passionate about driving and making a positive impact on people’s lives? Join LF&E, one of the UK’s leading healthcare logistics providers. Since 2008, we’ve been a trusted partner in the pharmaceutical industry, delivering vital medication to homes and pharmacies on behalf of major corporate organisations and NHS Trusts, helping to improve the lives of patients across the country.

About LF&E:

  • Established in 2008
  • 23 sites across the UK
  • 300+ employees
  • Specialists in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics
  • Trusted by public and private healthcare sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical, and clinical trial providers

Originally a small family-run business, LF&E has grown into a national leader in specialist pharmaceutical delivery services.

We are looking for a dedicated Same Day Delivery Driver to join our team, supporting the delivery of time-critical pharmaceutical products nationwide.

About The Role

This role involves delivering temperature-controlled medication nationwide, primarily to patients in their homes, as part of our same-day delivery service. This is not a standard driving role, same-day pharmaceutical deliveries are urgent, time-critical, and require a high level of flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and delivering same-day, temperature-controlled medication via pre-planned routes
  • Safely transporting sensitive items to patients’ homes and pharmacies
  • Ensuring deliveries are completed securely, accurately, and on time
  • Inspecting and maintaining your vehicle, reporting any issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the wider driver network and management team
  • Adhering to UK and EU regulations, including MHRA guidelines and Good Distribution Practices
  • Providing a high standard of customer service, acting with care, empathy, and professionalism

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
