About the Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to join an established and growing independent pharmacy group in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking to work in a patient-focused environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the local community. The pharmacy group is committed to providing a high standard of pharmaceutical care while developing and supporting its pharmacy teams.
We’re keen to speak with experienced pharmacists as well as newly qualified pharmacists who are looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring patients receive safe, effective and professional pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Providing professional advice and counselling to patients
- Supporting the delivery of clinical and pharmacy services
- Conducting medication reviews and supporting patients with their medicines
- Ensuring all legal, professional and regulatory requirements are met
- Working closely with the wider pharmacy team to provide an excellent patient experience
- Supporting the development of the pharmacy and its services
- Building strong relationships with patients and members of the local community
- Maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical governance

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with pharmacists who are:
- GPhC registered, or eligible to register with the GPhC
- Passionate about patient care and delivering a high-quality pharmacy service
- Professional, approachable and confident when communicating with patients
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Keen to develop their clinical and professional skills
Newly qualified pharmacists are very welcome to apply. Full support and development opportunities will be available for the right candidate. We’re also happy to speak with internationally trained pharmacists and candidates who require Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, subject to eligibility and the pharmacy group's sponsorship requirements.
