Join Our Team: Seeking Passionate Pharmacist at Paydens Pharmacies
We are recruiting a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced private pharmacy at Heathrow Airport. It’s an unusual setting: you’ll be at the heart of one of the busiest travel hubs in the world, delivering safe, professional pharmacy services to a diverse and constantly changing customer base.
This is a zero hours contract, with work offered across our established fixed shift patterns. It gives you flexibility alongside the consistency of set shift times.
If you thrive in an environment that moves quickly, values high standards, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is the role for you.
The Role
As a Pharmacist at Heathrow, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and effective pharmacy services while maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times. You will play a key role in ensuring professional compliance, managing risk, supporting the pharmacy team, and helping to maximize sales while minimizing waste.
You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager, Health Care Assistants, and the Relay Lagardere management team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
