More About The Role

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our store team, delivering essential care, advice, and prescriptions to our local community.

At Morrisons Pharmacy, we take a holistic approach to healthy living - it’s just natural for us. With our focus on the freshness and goodness of our food, our in-store pharmacies are a logical next step in helping our customers look after themselves, inside and out.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you’ll step up to lead and take accountability for the pharmacy in their absence, making sure everything runs safely, legally, and seamlessly.

As one of our Pharmacists, you’ll be on hand to:

  • Deliver our pharmacy strategy by offering compassionate advice, expert care and healthcare services (like flu vaccines) to our customers when they need it most.
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth environment across every part of your role.
  • Prepare and check prescriptions and dispense medicines safely using the correct dosages and materials tailored to each individual patient.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all relevant legal rules, standard operating procedures, and data security requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with dispensers and accuracy checking technicians, helping guide their development and keeping daily workflows running smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
