About The Role
Are you an experienced Pharmacist looking for a flexible bank opportunity where you can make a real difference to patient care?
We’re looking for a Bank Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. You’ll support the delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across inpatient, outpatient and day-patient services, helping to ensure medicines are used safely, effectively and appropriately.
This vacancy is offering a bank/flexi contract, allowing you to book shifts that work around your current commitments.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with our multidisciplinary clinical teams, you’ll provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support throughout the patient journey. You’ll review prescriptions, optimise medicines, counsel patients and carers, support discharge planning and provide dispensary cover.

You’ll also contribute to medicines governance, clinical audit, incident management, staff training and the continued development of safe and effective pharmacy services.
What we'll look for in you
You’ll be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Hospital experience would be advantageous.
