Pharmacist – Independent Community Pharmacy
Location: TN24 0HZ
- My client is offering Tier 2 Sponsorship.
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Pharmacist to join a well-established independent community pharmacy in the TN24 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to work within a friendly, patient-focused environment where you can play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and build strong relationships with patients and the wider healthcare team.
The Role
As the pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, professional, and patient-centred pharmacy service. You will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the dispensary and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and clinical pharmacy services to patients
- Dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and safely
- Offering appropriate clinical advice and support to patients
- Managing and supporting the wider pharmacy team
- Providing relevant NHS and private pharmacy services
- Liaising with GP practices and other healthcare professionals where required
- Ensuring all pharmacy processes comply with professional and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the continued development of the pharmacy service
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service
About You
We are looking for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist who is:
- Patient-focused and professional
- Confident working independently
- Able to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A supportive team player
- Committed to maintaining high professional standards

Previous community pharmacy experience is desirable, although pharmacists with the right attitude and skill set will be considered.
