Are you a pharmacist looking for something beyond the traditional community pharmacy role?
Day Lewis Pharmacy at Harrods, Knightsbridge is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional pharmacists who would like to be considered for future opportunities within one of the UK's most unique pharmacy environments.
Whilst there is no confirmed vacancy at present, we are keen to hear from pharmacists interested in providing holiday and sickness cover, with the possibility of future regular, long-term or permanent opportunities should they arise.

This is not a traditional dispensing-focused role. We are looking for pharmacists who enjoy engaging with customers, identifying healthcare needs, delivering high-quality clinical services and contributing to a premium customer experience.
Our customer base includes local residents, professionals, international visitors and luxury retail customers who expect outstanding service, expert healthcare advice and personalised support.
The Opportunity
As a pharmacist within Harrods Pharmacy, you will:
- Deliver exceptional NHS and private healthcare services.
- Provide expert clinical advice and safe dispensing of medicines.
- Support and grow private services including vaccinations, travel health and other enhanced healthcare offerings.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through healthcare interventions and service delivery.
- Support retail healthcare sales by recommending suitable healthcare, wellness and pharmacy products.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding communication and service.
- Work alongside a highly experienced pharmacy team within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
- Help drive both clinical excellence and commercial success within the pharmacy.

About You
We are looking for pharmacists who are:
- GPhC registered.
- Passionate about patient care and customer service.
- Commercially aware and comfortable working within a premium retail environment.
- Confident recommending healthcare solutions and retail products where appropriate.
- Motivated to develop and promote both NHS and private services.
- Professional, personable and highly presentable.
- Able to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Flexible and available to support holiday, sickness and ad-hoc cover requirements.
Highly Desirable
- Independent Prescriber qualification (or working towards IP).
- Experience delivering private services and vaccinations.
- Additional language skills.
As Harrods welcomes customers from around the world, applicants who are multilingual or able to communicate in additional languages are particularly welcomed. Languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and other internationally spoken languages would be advantageous.
