About the Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career? Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking motivated and dynamic pharmacists to join our innovative and supportive hospital clinical pharmacy team at Canberra Hospital. Whether you're a hospital pharmacist looking for a fresh start in Canberra, or a community pharmacist ready to transition into hospital practice, we have the training and support to help you grow and thrive. This is your opportunity to develop your clinical skills, contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The position is offered to work on site on a permanent full-time basis and includes working shifts outside of standard business hours in the evenings and on weekends. Applicants must be able to work these shifts. Applications from candidates seeking part-time roles will be considered in line with the flexible working arrangements available under the Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement (please state any specific requirements for part-time work in your application).

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
