Pharmacist Manager

Leeds | Full-Time (45 Hours) | Monday–Friday | Flexible Working Considered

Are you a passionate GPhC-registered Pharmacist looking for your next leadership opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned community pharmacy group for a Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy branch in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and developing a dedicated pharmacy team. You'll have the autonomy to make a real difference within your local community while being supported by an experienced and respected organisation.

The Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring patients receive outstanding clinical care and customer service while maintaining the highest professional standards.

  • Leading, motivating and developing the pharmacy team.
  • Delivering safe, effective and high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Providing expert advice and clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and company procedures.
  • Driving service delivery and identifying opportunities to enhance patient care.
  • Managing stock, operational performance and branch efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships within the local healthcare community.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
  • Has previous experience managing or supervising within a community pharmacy.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Has excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Enjoys mentoring and developing colleagues.
  • Is commercially aware while always putting patients first.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment.
