Kamsons Pharmacy is recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist Managers to join our team in Brighton. A GPhC-pharmacist registration is essential for the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager, or a confident pharmacist ready to step into management, to join a respected, family-owned pharmacy group known for high standards of service and strong professional support.
About Kamsons Pharmacy
Kamsons Pharmacy is a family-owned chain of around 80 pharmacies, with an excellent reputation for delivering a wide range of NHS and private services. We pride ourselves on giving our Pharmacist Managers a high level of autonomy, supported by experienced senior pharmacists and generous staffing levels.
You will be supported by an Area Manager who is also a qualified and experienced pharmacist, offering guidance and support as much or as little as you need.

The Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and pharmacy services
- Maintain full compliance with GPhC standards and company procedures
- Continue to build on the pharmacy’s strong local reputation

About You
- A GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
- Ideally an experienced Pharmacist Manager, though pharmacists with strong leadership and people-management skills are encouraged to apply
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and confident leading a team
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
