Role Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join an established independent community pharmacy group in Castlerock. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident community pharmacist looking to take the next step in their career and lead a pharmacy where patient care, clinical excellence, and professional autonomy are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist
- Lead, manage, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Ensure safe and effective dispensing in line with PSNI standards and SOPs
- Deliver and develop NHS and private pharmacy services
- Build strong relationships with patients, GP practices, and local healthcare providers
- Support the development of new clinical services
- Contribute to the continued growth of the pharmacy

Key Requirements
- ✔ PSNI-registered Pharmacist
- ✔ Community pharmacy experience
- ✔ Previous management or supervisory experience
- ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
- ✔ Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- ✔ Patient-focused and professional approach
- ✔ Commitment to continued professional development
Experience with weight management, travel clinics, ear wax removal, COVID/flu vaccinations, or other clinical services is desirable but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
