This role is based in Bournemouth and focuses on the healthcare industry, providing essential services to support the smooth running of operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring the organisation delivers high-quality care and meets its objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically driven pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services, developing pharmacy teams, and driving business performance.

Description

  • Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations, NHS requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions.
  • Deliver and expand pharmacy services including vaccinations, health checks, and other NHS and private services.
  • Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and the wider community.
  • Manage stock control, pharmacy operations, and service delivery targets.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • MPharm degree and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to service development and business performance.
