Joint Venture Pharmacist Partner

Day Lewis Pharmacy - Kilburn, London

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 6:30pm Potential opportunity to develop a Saturday opening business case

Own, Lead and Grow Your Own Pharmacy Business

Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and patient-focused GPhC Registered Pharmacist to join our Kilburn pharmacy as a Joint Venture (JV) Pharmacist Partner.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on pharmacy practice with business ownership. The successful candidate will work within the pharmacy, lead the team, deliver exceptional patient care, and play a key role in driving the future growth of the business.

About The Opportunity

As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to acquire an ownership stake in the pharmacy through the Day Lewis Joint Venture Programme.

The model allows pharmacists to become business owners while benefiting from the support, systems, purchasing power, and infrastructure of one of the UK's leading independent pharmacy groups.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully qualified and GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
  • Work within the pharmacy on a full-time basis.
  • Lead and develop the pharmacy team.
  • Deliver NHS and Private Pharmacy Services.
  • Drive prescription growth and service development.
  • Build relationships with local healthcare professionals.
  • Play an active role in the strategic and commercial development of the business.
  • Explore opportunities for additional trading hours, including the potential development of a Saturday opening business case.

Joint Venture Investment

Day Lewis is looking for pharmacists who aspire to business ownership and are willing to invest in their future.

The Joint Venture structure typically involves:

  • A personal financial investment and deposit contribution.
  • Purchasing shares in the pharmacy business.
  • Building equity and long-term value through ownership.
  • Sharing in the success and growth of the pharmacy.
  • Access to ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance from the Day Lewis leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who wishes to move beyond employment and become a genuine business partner while continuing to practise clinically.

  • Is a GPhC Registered Pharmacist
  • Has strong leadership and people management skills
  • Has commercial awareness and entrepreneurial ambition
  • Is passionate about community pharmacy and patient care
  • Wants to build a long-term career through pharmacy ownership
  • Can identify growth opportunities and turn them into results
