Pharmacist Manager

Location: Flint
Hours: Up to 42.5 hours per week (Part-time and flexible working considered)
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

Pharmacy Manager

Our client, a highly respected and established community pharmacy group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead their friendly branch in Flint.

This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys building relationships within the local community while leading and developing a supportive pharmacy team. The Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services while providing exceptional patient care. You'll lead by example, supporting and developing your team to deliver the highest standards of customer service and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the pharmacy.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
  • Deliver high-quality pharmacy services while maintaining professional standards.
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive commercial performance while always keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.

About You

We're looking for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist who is:

  • Passionate about community pharmacy and patient care.
  • A confident and approachable leader with excellent communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance business objectives and customer service.
  • Organised, proactive and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
  • Able to motivate, support and develop a successful pharmacy team.
