Are you a GPhC-registered Pharmacist looking to develop your clinical skills within a supportive private healthcare environment?
Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our established pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside consultants, nurses and multidisciplinary teams, helping to deliver exceptional patient care across a wide range of specialties.

About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering a safe, effective and patient-centred pharmacy service across the hospital, ensuring medicines are used appropriately and in line with current legislation, professional standards and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service to patients and clinical teams
- Providing expert medicines advice to consultants, nurses and healthcare professionals
- Supporting safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines
- Contributing to outstanding patient care and clinical outcomes
- Building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve pharmacy services and patient experience
- Keeping up to date with developments in prescribing practice and clinical care

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- MPharm degree or equivalent Pharmacy qualification
- Current GPhC registration
- At least 1 year of post-registration hospital pharmacy experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Full UK driving licence
Non-Medical Prescribing qualification is desirable but not essential.
