Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
We are seeking enthusiastic Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
About the Role
As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support.
Our Clinical pharmacists work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
- Conducting patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Prescribing and reviewing medicines.
- Managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension.
- Carrying out structured medication reviews.
- Monitoring high-risk medicines and ensuring safe prescribing.
- Responding to acute medication requests.
- Reconciling medicines following hospital discharge.
- Providing medicines advice to patients and clinicians.
- Auditing prescribing practices and supporting medicines optimisation.

What You Will Need
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
