Pharmacist (Full-Time) – Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Non-Patient Facing
Looking for a pharmacy role that offers a better work-life balance without compromising on professional responsibility?
We're looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our growing Pharmacy team, where you'll play a vital role behind the scenes in ensuring the safe, legal and efficient supply of aesthetic medicines. This is a non-patient facing, warehouse-based role with no weekend working, making it the perfect opportunity for pharmacists seeking a structured Monday-Friday position.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for clinically and legally checking private prescriptions, dispensing products, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately for courier delivery.
If you enjoy accuracy, compliance and working within a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Legally validate private prescriptions against registration body portals and company accounts to ensure the ethical and legal supply of prescription-only medicines.
- Clinically check private prescriptions, maintain the PMR and ensure accurate labelling.
- Dispense and package medicines safely and accurately for courier distribution.
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required, maintaining all associated legal responsibilities and records.
- Ensure original prescriptions are received, retained and stored in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain pharmacy records, including PMR, Responsible Pharmacist logs, error and near-miss reporting, returns and destructions.
- Provide professional advice to healthcare professionals when required.
- Support inspections and liaise with the PSNI and Department of Health.
- Help ensure compliant supplies of aesthetic medicines across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Support and train colleagues within the pharmacy team.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives and continuous improvement projects as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
