Pharmacovigilance & Scientific Information Manager
I'm partnering with a long-standing client that we've successfully supported across the business for a number of years. As Pharmacovigilance & Scientific Information Manager, you'll take ownership of PV activities across the UK & Ireland, acting as the local PV lead and UK Contact Person (NCPP) while leading a small team. The role offers an excellent blend of strategic responsibility and hands-on involvement, giving you the opportunity to work across pharmacovigilance, scientific information, inspections, compliance, and stakeholder management on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing
- Leading Pharmacovigilance activities across the UK & Ireland.
- Acting as the UK Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (NCPP).
- Managing and developing a small Scientific Affairs team.
- Working closely with global PV and Medical Affairs colleagues.
- Maintaining oversight of Medical Information activities.
- Supporting inspections, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Strong Pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of UK PV regulations, MHRA requirements, and GVP.
- Previous people management or team leadership experience is essential – even if of small teams focusing on coaching and development.
- Experience in scientific/medical information desirable.
- Portfolio experience is less important – but experience (or a desire and capability) to deal with a large portfolio is key.
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and international teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
