Actual Job Title: Patient Safety Specialist

Important Details:
- Contract: 12-month contract
- Location: London, England – UK (Hybrid: 12 days a month onsite)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7 hours a day
- Pay: £20-£23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection, processing, documentation, reporting, and follow-up of adverse event (AE) reports for marketed and investigational products.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of safety data into pharmacovigilance systems while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the submission and distribution of safety reports to Health Authorities, clinical operations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local and global pharmacovigilance teams to evaluate safety data and exchange critical safety information.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to global procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Clinical Safety, or a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Good knowledge of national and international pharmacovigilance regulations and safety reporting requirements.
- Experience handling Adverse Events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), and safety databases.
