Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist

A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dedicated Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist to join their team in the Berkshire area, UK. This role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of business operations and IT, driving innovation and continuous improvement in patient safety systems.

This role is an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • As the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist, you will support and enhance safety systems used across pharmacovigilance and patient safety operations.
  • As the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist, you will contribute to the ongoing Veeva Safety stabilisation phase and recurring upgrade cycles.
  • As the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist, you will act as a business systems specialist, coordinating between business operations and IT.
  • As the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist, you will drive analysis and research into technology solutions, including pilots and communication of results.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Safety Systems & Innovation Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • Relevant degree in a related field.
  • Extensive industry experience in safety systems support, pharmacovigilance systems, or validated systems.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with GxP environments and validated computer systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of translating business needs into effective system configurations.
