Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser
Part-Time | Day Lewis Spencers Wood

Day Lewis Pharmacy in Spencers Wood is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into healthcare and pharmacy. Whether you're completely new to the sector or already have some experience, we'll provide the training, support and development needed to help you succeed. If you enjoy helping people, working as part of a team and learning new skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours of Work
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
12 hours per week
About The Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and helping the pharmacy team deliver safe, effective and high-quality care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the dispensary
- Assisting with NHS and private pharmacy services
- Building positive relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals
- Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness and professionalism throughout the pharmacy
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding patient care
