We’re Hiring | Qualified Dispenser (NVQ Level 2/3)
📍 Day Lewis Pharmacy, Mill Hill Broadway
Monday - Friday 8 hours
Either 8am-5pm or 10:30am-6:30pm
40 hours a week
£13-£13:50 an hour for qualified dispenser
Are you a passionate and motivated Qualified Dispenser looking to grow your career within a supportive, family-run pharmacy business?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dispenser (NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our busy and friendly team at Day Lewis Pharmacy, Mill Hill Broadway.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is eager to continue developing their skills while supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our local community.

What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualified Dispenser
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident, organised, and efficient
- Caring and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy pharmacy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
- Passion for supporting pharmacy services and business growth
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn
Your role will include:
- Supporting the pharmacy with retail, dispensing, and pharmacy services
- Providing exceptional customer and patient care
- Assisting with retail and sales growth initiatives
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Building strong relationships with patients and the local community
