The pharmacies provide NHS and private dispensing, along with a range of clinical and advisory services. Customers have access to an extensive selection of health, beauty, and wellness products. The team is committed to delivering safe, reliable pharmaceutical care and personalized customer support. Role Description
The Pharmacy Counter Assistant – Health & Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Finchley Central N3 2DN. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Serving customers at the pharmacy counter
- Assisting with prescription collection and queries
- Offering advice on health, beauty, and wellness products within the scope of training
- Managing stock on the shop floor
- Replenishing shelves
- Maintaining product displays
- Supporting basic inventory tasks
- Answering phone calls professionally
- Handling customer inquiries
- Liaising with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient service
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Qualifications/Experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and handling prescriptions, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support individuals in a friendly, respectful, and inclusive manner.
- Good phone etiquette and clear communication skills for managing calls and customer queries.
- Basic inventory management abilities, including stock checks, replenishment, and organizing product displays.
- Interest or experience in health, beauty, and wellness products, with the ability to provide informed recommendations.
- Ability to work on-site full-time and perform light manual handling as required.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare settings is beneficial but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.
