Customer Service Apprenticeship Opportunity at Exel Pharmacy
An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right person to undertake a Customer Service Apprenticeship with a difference at Exel Pharmacy. Working and training in a busy pharmacy you will gain the skills and experience required as a starting point for a career as a dispenser. On successful completion of the apprenticeship the employer would be willing to provide the professional qualifications needed to become a dispenser to the right candidate.

- Taking cash payments
- Taking card payments
- Taking deliveries
- Understudy pharmacy / healthcare assistants in customer service
- Delivering customer service over the telephone
- Solving problems for customers that come into the pharmacy
- Maintaining stock levels
- Stock rotation and merchandising
- Ordering products
- Using internal IT system and procedures
