Pharmacy Dispenser

The Opportunity

Are you ready to kickstart your career at the intersection of healthcare and technology?

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our close-knit team at Voy, a rapidly growing specialist distance selling pharmacy based in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

About the Role

The Ideal Fit

In this role, you will provide invaluable support behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth preparation, assembly, and packaging of orders in our modern facility. Because we are a digital pharmacy closed to the general public, you will enjoy a focused environment with no face-to-face customers, phone calls, or commissioned pharmacy services to manage.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a booming digital health company. You will work directly with a friendly, supportive on-site team while collaborating with our wider support network in London. We are deeply invested in your future—Voy will fully fund GPhC-accredited training courses to help you progress your career in pharmacy, all while you enjoy a casual, fun, and fast-paced atmosphere.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
