🌟 Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager! 🌟

📍 Location: Aberdeen (AB10 1HW)

🕒 Hours: 36 hours per week – Across 4 days, including alternate Saturdays

💷 Salary: Up to £62,920 FTE (Full Time Equivalent is based on 45 hours per week) – negotiable depending on experience

As healthcare continues to evolve, we're expanding the clinical impact of our pharmacists and are particularly keen to hear from Pharmacists as well as Pharmacist Independent Prescribers (IPs) looking to utilise and develop their prescribing qualification within a supportive and forward thinking organisation.

🩺 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
  • Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
  • Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
  • Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
  • Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
  • Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering

👩‍⚕️ We’re Looking For

  • GPhC registered pharmacists
  • Community pharmacy experience preferred
  • Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
  • Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
  • Passionate healthcare professionals committed to delivering outstanding patient care
  • Ambitious individuals interested in developing into future Regional Healthcare Managers
