Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Fairstead, Kings Lynn.
This community pharmacy has an excellent team of 3 part-time colleagues & has car parking and a staff room available on site.
How our pharmacy makes a difference
- It dispenses 1.8k items a week
- It provides a wide range of services including Nms, bp, covid, flu, BP, AMBP, weight management
- It provides services to 4 substance misuse patients
- It dispenses 10 community blisters
This pharmacy is open 8.30 - 5.30 Mon - Fri & 9-1 on a Saturday. The successful candidate will ideally work week 1 Mon - Fri + alternate Saturdays (day off in week when working half day on a Saturday - average of 42.5 hours) but 4 days per week may be considered!
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
