Pharmacist Manager

Our client, a well-established and highly respected community pharmacy group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead one of its thriving pharmacy branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while leading a dedicated team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical services.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Drive service delivery, including NHS and private clinical services.
- Monitor stock management, controlled drugs, and dispensary processes.
- Build strong relationships with local GP surgeries, healthcare providers, and the wider community.
- Promote a culture focused on patient safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Support the achievement of business objectives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience working within a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A patient-first approach with outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware mindset.
- Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential).
