We have a NEW and exciting development opportunity for a Pharmacy Support Worker in Stores to take on an essential role supporting the Pharmacy team. The primary responsibilities involve managing stock, ensuring inventory is well maintained and assisting in the distribution of pharmaceutical products to support day-to-day Pharmacy operations.
This post is for 37.5 hours per week
Job Location
To work in the Pharmacy Stores and Distribution areas.
Job Responsibilities
- To accurately receive orders of pharmaceuticals, store them correctly and to supply them against requisitions from Wards and Departments.
- To take part in the Medicines Management ward stock topping up service.
- To replenish stock in the Omnicell units.
- Stock control and expiry date checking.
- To contribute to the weekend and Bank Holiday rota.
