Pharmacy Support Worker – Stores and Distribution

Band 2 £25,272 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Pharmacy Support Worker, to join the Stores and Distribution Team at Milton Keynes University Hospital. Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of a team? If so, now is your chance to contribute your skills and knowledge to Milton Keynes University hospital.
This post will involve picking, packing and receipting of orders, stock rotation and ward supply including extended services.
Working as part of a team the role will involve lifting and moving of heavy items with appropriate training. Weekend & Bank Holiday working as part of a roster.

To perform, under supervision, all types of pharmaceutical work appropriate to the level of knowledge and experience, to participate in the provision of pharmaceutical services to our patients and staff. To provide accurate, efficient, and high-quality supply service to the trust and external customers ensuring the continued quality of products, maintaining the standards required for wholesale supply, as required by the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority.
