The Role

You will play a key role in both the operational and clinical success of the pharmacy, including:

  • ✅ Accuracy checking prescriptions and supporting dispensary workflow
  • ✅ Supporting safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services
  • ✅ Delivering and supporting Weight Management Services
  • ✅ Delivering and supporting Contraception Services
  • ✅ Administering Flu Vaccinations (or undertaking vaccination training if not already qualified)
  • ✅ Supporting Pharmacy First and other NHS services
  • ✅ Providing outstanding patient care and customer service
  • ✅ Working closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to drive service growth

About You

  • ✔ GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • ✔ Accredited Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT)
  • ✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • ✔ Passionate about patient care and community pharmacy
  • ✔ Existing vaccination experience desirable, or willing to undertake training
  • ✔ Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
  • ✔ Keen to develop clinical and private service opportunities
