Position: Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)
Must hold the ACT qualification
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Working pattern: ADHOC, Regular Shifts
Shift Time: Days: 10am – 10pm, Nights: 10pm – 8am
Rates: £25 - £27 per hour
Job Role
We have a flexible shift job available with day shifts and night shifts available on an ADHOC or regular basis.
This role is working onsite for an online pharmacy fulfilment centre operating 7 days per week.
Day shifts are available any day of the week, and night shifts 4 nights per week, Monday – Thursday.

Duties to include:
- Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
- Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
- Check prepared medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
- Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.
- Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
- Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.

Required Experience
- ACT Qualification is essential
- UK experience working in Pharmacy
