In the role you will support the Dispensary, Inclusion, Community, Prison and Sexual Health teams with Pharmacy Procurement duties and supply functions.
This will involve the management of ward stock lists, supply and stock updates, monitoring and management of out-of-stock lines and the updating of our Pharmacy systems.
You will support the day-to-day workload of the Procurement Team, whilst supporting the Department carrying out core duties to include ACT and Medicines Management. You will be required to work across all Pharmacy sites and also visits to external clinics.

Duties to include

- To be responsible for the timely ordering of stock and processing of invoices on the Pharmacy computer system for the Pharmacy Inclusion Services, community services, Sexual Health Services and Departments across MPFT, Redwoods, St Georges and Haywood, and to also include across MPFT.
- Work with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, clinic teams, and patients to resolve any issues and ensure timely supply of medication.
- Carry out Medicines Storage Audits.
- To review and monitor stock and re-order levels to reflect current usage within the Pharmacy Departments across Redwoods, Haywood and St Georges Hospitals.
- Support with stock list reviews for all community, internal and external wards and clinics.
