Rechtsmedizin Münster - Forensische Toxikologie

In Vollzeit mit 38,5 Wochenstunden für 6 Monate zum 01.05.2027 | Vergütung nach TV-L E2

WIR BIETEN:

  • Bearbeitung forensisch-toxikologischer sowie forensisch-chemischer Fragestellungen: In der Forensischen Toxikologie werden primär Blut, Urin oder Haarproben von Lebenden wie Verstorbenen auf mögliche Arznei-, Betäubungsmittel- oder Giftstoffen sowie deren Metabolite vor dem Hintergrund kriminalistischer oder rechtsrelevanter Fragestellungen untersucht. In der Forensischen Chemie werden sogenannte Straßendrogen auf Substanzen im Sinne des Betäubungsmittelgesetzes oder NpS-Gesetzes untersucht. Unsere toxikologischen Analysenverfahren basieren hauptsächlich auf Gas (GC)- und Flüssigkeitschromatographie (LC) gekoppelt mit Massenspektrometrie (MS, MS/MS, HRMS). Ergänzt werden sie durch immunologische Untersuchungen, GC-FIDs, HPLC-DAD, Photometrie sowie IR-Spektrometer.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Extraktion der zu untersuchenden Substanzen aus verschiedenen Probenmaterialien sowie bei der Auswertung der Analyseergebnisse sowie Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Befundberichten und Gutachten.
  • Einblicke in andere Fachbereiche des Instituts
  • Teilnahme an Fallkonferenzen sowie Gerichtsterminen
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Validierung forensisch-toxikologischer bzw. forensisch-chemischer Methoden
