At the heart of this ambition is our Philanthropy, Alumni and Supporter Engagement (PASE) team, which connects alumni, donors and supporters with opportunities to make a lasting difference.
We're looking for a talented and motivated Philanthropy and Alumni Operations Manager to lead the systems, data and operational services that underpin our fundraising and alumni engagement activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader who enjoys improving processes, using data to drive decision-making and supporting teams to perform at their best. You'll ensure colleagues have the systems, insight and governance needed to build meaningful relationships with alumni and supporters around the world.
What will you be doing?
You'll lead the operational delivery of advancement services across the University, managing the systems, processes and specialist staff that support fundraising and alumni engagement activity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the management and development of our CRM and advancement systems, including Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Driving improvements in data quality, governance and operational efficiency.
- Delivering reporting and insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing gift administration and related financial processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and sector best practice.
- Leading and developing a small specialist operations team.
Who are we looking for?
You'll have experience managing CRM systems or complex databases, delivering operational improvements and working with data to generate insight. You'll be an effective communicator, confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and committed to continuous improvement.
