A leading and highly reputable Private Markets firm is seeking a talented Philanthropy & Employee Engagement professional to join its global Philanthropy team.
Experience within a fast-paced corporate environment is essential, ideally within financial services, private markets, professional services or a similarly high-performance organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to play a key role in a growing philanthropy function while helping to drive employee engagement and social impact on a global scale.

The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of key employee-facing philanthropy initiatives, helping to drive participation, maximise impact and ensure programmes are delivered effectively across a global workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering the global volunteering strategy and programme
- Managing the employee giving and matching programme, including reporting and analysis
- Driving and evolving the firm's philanthropy-focused employee engagement strategy
- Monitoring programme performance and producing data-driven insights for senior stakeholders
- Drafting internal communications and engagement materials
- Coordinating with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
- Supporting wider philanthropy initiatives and programme operations
- Providing grant management and administrative support where required

About You
You’ll combine strong execution skills with a strategic mindset and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You'll need experience in financial services or a corporate environment.
You will likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Corporate Philanthropy
- Corporate Responsibility / CSR
- Foundations or Grant Making
You will also bring:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- The ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- A proactive, self-starting approach and strong attention to detail
