Join East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and help build a community of philanthropists making a lasting difference to children and families across East Anglia.
We're looking for a relationship-focused Philanthropy Fundraiser to grow support from major donors, high-net-worth individuals, and emerging philanthropists, particularly across Cambridge and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and develop a portfolio of major donors and philanthropic supporters
✅ Identify and engage new prospects through networking and research
✅ Build long-term relationships through personalised stewardship plans
✅ Arrange donor meetings, events, presentations, and hospice visits
✅ Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and communications
✅ Represent EACH within philanthropic, business, and community networks

About You
✔ Experience in fundraising, account management, or relationship management
✔ Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔ Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
